Milling and classifying equipment for screenings processing, fractioned materials production

These milling and classifying equipment is in the first line meant for dedusted cube-shaped fillers production, production of fractioned decorative chips and sand, processing of screenings and other industrial wastes.

We find it expedient to use such equipment in preparative and dry treatment of various minerals.

Centrifugal mills (CM)

Centrifugal mills are meant for free-hit milling of metallic and non-metallic materials with different resistance in a passage mode.
It is advisable to use these mills for cube-shaped fillers production and production of decorative chips and sand.

Multi-product cascade gravitational classifiers (CGC)

Multi-product separation and multi-product cascade-gravitational classifiers used in developments of SPC "Lamel-777" and other enterprises are based on existing patents of the Republic of Belarus No. 3964 "Multi-Product Separation of Disperse Materials" and No.3970 "Multi-Product Classifier" (ref. list of Patents). As of now, SPC "Lamel-777" also employs a number of new multi-product gravitational classifiers designs (ref. list of Patents).

Multi-product combined classifiers (CMC)

Combined classifiers are new generation air classifiers that differ from cascade-gravitational classifiers in a wider and more independent range of separation product sizes which provides for fine separation product size of less than 150÷200μm and more qualitative separation.

Combined classifiers are secured by a number of existing patents for useful models and inventions (ref. сlist of Patents).
