Milling and classifying complexes (MCC) and equipment for finely dispersed materials production

Milling and classifying complexes are based on either company's or customer's mills, in either of the cases centrifugal air classifiers SPC "Lamel-777" are always used.

Centrifugal classifiers in MCC allow enhancing capacity of finished products by 20-40% and reducing specific energy consumption by 15-30% in finely dispersed materials production if compared to complex operation in the open milling profile without a classifier or in a closed one with an ineffective classifier.

By 2008 5 milling and classifying complexes of SPC "lamel-777" based on disintegrators and dismembrators with capacity 2 to 10 tons per hour were engaged in finely dispersed chalk and gypsum production. About 50 centrifugal air classifiers alone or as a composite of milling complexes based on hammer, ball, vibration, and centrifugal impact mills operate in processing lines for finely dispersed materials production.

Centrifugal gyratory mill

Centrifugal gyratory mill is used for milling and mechanical activation of disperse materials in a passage mode in finely dispersed materials production.
Application: construction materials production, chemical, biochemical, food, pharmaceutical industry, power engineering, agriculture, etc.


Centrifugal static air classifiers (CSc)
A whirling aerodisperse flow in which material is separated is generated in centrifugal static air classifiers SPC "Lamel-777" as a result of axial guiding device.

Centrifugal dynamic air classifiers (CDC)
A whirling aerodisperse flow in centrifugal dynamic air classifiers is generated as a result of mechanical revolution of a "squirrel wheel" classifier rotor around a vertical axis.
SPC "Lamel-777" centrifugal dynamic air classifiers are produced under patents for useful models No.326 of the Republic of Belarus priority of 15.08.2000 and No.23582 of the Russian Federation priority of 04.10.2000. prototype models of these constructions are well-known foreign classifiers "ALPINE" (Austria) and "LAROX" (Finland).

Disintegrators (DS)

Disintegrators are used for milling and mechanical activation of nonabrasive disperse materials by a repeated free hit in a passage mode in finely dispersed materials production.

Application: construction materials production, chemical, biochemical, food, pharmaceutical industry, power engineering, agriculture etc.


Dismembrators (DM).

Dismembrators are used for milling and mechanical activation of nonabrasive disperse materials by repeated free hit in a passage mode in finely dispersed materials production.
