Disintegrators (DS)

Disintegrators are used for milling and mechanical activation of nonabrasive disperse materials by a repeated free hit in a passage mode in finely dispersed materials production.

Application: construction materials production, chemical, biochemical, food, pharmaceutical industry, power engineering, agriculture etc.

Design features

Disintegrator consists of two disks with operable fingers rotating towards each other and ensuring high-frequency opposite impact action on milled particles, fast heat dissipation from interacting bodies, high energy intensiveness of the installation. There is an option to adjust operable disks speed. System of even acceleration is supplied. All-purpose engines are applied.
