Centrifugal dynamic air classifiers (CDC) |
Centrifugal dynamic air classifiers (CDC)A whirling aerodisperse flow in centrifugal dynamic air classifiers is generated as a result of mechanical revolution of a "squirrel wheel" classifier rotor around a vertical axis.SPC "Lamel-777" centrifugal dynamic air classifiers are produced under patents for useful models No.326 of the Republic of Belarus priority of 15.08.2000 and No.23582 of the Russian Federation priority of 04.10.2000. prototype models of these constructions are well-known foreign classifiers "ALPINE" (Austria) and "LAROX" (Finland). The size of separation products in classifiers CDC is adjusted by changing rotor speed of the classifier and position of regulating elements and is in the range from a few to 200 μm depending on capacity and properties of separation material.
By 2008 we've supplied more than 40 centrifugal dynamic classifiers CDC with capacity of 0.25 to 25 t/h. As of now CDC classifiers of SPC "Lamel-777" are engaged in production of finely dispersed chalk, gypsum, lime, dolomite, marble, red lead, shungite, graphite, glass sand, metal and sintered power, different colorants and can be used for separation of other disperse materials (ref. Sales Geography).
* - we can design and produce CDC classifiers with desired capacity and separation size specifications. Fig.1 is an example of separation sizes and separation curve in one of CDC-5 operation modes during dolomite filler production. d, μm Fig.1. f(d), Df(d), c(d), Dc(d) - fractional composition of fine and rough separation products, Ф(d) - separation curve (probability of d size particle occurrence in a fine product).
