Centrifugal static air classifiers (CSc)

The size of separated products in CSC classifiers is adjusted by mounting position of blades and is 20 to 500 μm depending on capacity and properties of separated material.

• CSC classifiers are used for separation of disperse materials in air flow in terms of size, density, particle shape aimed at production of highly dispersed products: fillers, colorants etc.

• CSC classifiers possess highly effective separation; average classification efficient factor is no less than 80%.

• CSC classifiers can separate a disperse material into two or three products.

• Basic material is loaded into CSC classifiers either in a bulk (mechanically) or passage (as an aerodisperse flow) mode.

• CSC classifiers operate autonomously or as a part of milling complex with any mills.

• CSC classifiers are introduced into a processing line either with or without air flow recirculation.

• CSC classifiers can be used for milling and dedusting of various metallic and non-metallic materials.

• CSC classifiers are easily adjusted to existing processing lines.

By 2008 we have supplied more than 10 centrifugal static classifiers CSC with the capacity of 0.1 to 20t/h. As of now they are engaged in production of finely dispersed chalk, gypsum, high-silica sand, feldspar, sintered powder, and can be used for separation of other disperse materials (ref. Sales geography).
