Equipment for paint materials production

We produce pearl mills, submersible pearl mills and ball mills, mixers of various kinds and purposes, including high-speed mixers (dissolvers) with lift millers and replaceable throughs (mixing tanks), and other accessories.

This equipment is used in and allows manufacturing various paint materials (enamel, coating, oil paint, pigment paste, masonry paint, indoor paint), and other suspensions and emulsions of various compositions and purposes.

Range and composition of produced and supplied equipment can serve the needs of paint materials production as evidenced by a number of enterprises-consumers.

Our pearl mills performed the following characteristics in operation:

Input capacity - up to 900 l/h

Paste ПФ-115 capacity, kg/h - -270-400

As of now, more than 55 pearl mills, 20 dissolvers are in operation, two submersible pearl mills were introduced into service in 2007.

Our ball mills are used for production of specific paint materials and stand out among other equipment due to a special accelerating muff that allows decreasing installed driver capacity (at least twice) if compared to the earlier models.

Ball mill Ball mills are used for recurrent fine milling of basic components in liquids in production of colorants, pigments, enamels, lacquers and the like.

Dissolver Dissolver is used to mix and disperse different suspensions, also prior to dispersion in pearl mills during paint materials production.

Laboratory pearl mill Laboratory pearl mill is used for fine and super-fine continuous milling and dispersion of solids in liquids in vitro. It allows processing of all pumpable suspensions.

Pearl mill Pearl mill is used for fine and super-fine continuous milling and dispersion of solids in liquids. It allows processing of all pumpable suspensions. Application: paint materials milling production of medicine table spread production

Submersible pearl mill Submersible pearl mill is used for suspension mixing and dispersion and manufacturing of finished paint materials and tinting pastes.
