Design features

A pearl mill consists of a vertical process chamber encapsulated by special compression. Milled items (glass, ceramics) with a diameter of 1.5-3.5 mm are loaded into the chamber, then they are affected by working parts made of special steel or composites. Basic product is supplied via a valve preventing milled items from entering a flow pipe, exit through a self-cleaning slot-type separator and spacer rings. Replaceable process chamber has a jacket with developed cooling surface. Systems with even acceleration or a rotation frequency controller are possible.
