Multi-product cascade gravitational classifiers (CGC)

Cascade-gravitational classifiers are meant to separate disperse materials in air flow according to particle size, density and/or shape.

Cascade-gravitational classifiers provide for simultaneous production of up to 4 dedusted separation products of required fractional composition and sizes of 0.1 to 5 mm or products with specified particle size distribution.

Depending on technical conditions classifiers' capacity is 0.1 to 250 t/h.

CGC are efficient for:

• screenings processing at crushing-and-sorting plants to upturn environmental setting as a result of dirt piles reduction and production of cheap construction materials in the form of dedusted fillers and fillers of required size for asphalt, concrete, deicing, dry construction, tender and other mixes, embedded compounds, plaster, abrasive cleaning and polishing materials, roofing felt, in bulk filters, etc.;

• crushed rock dedusting and sandy gravel and sand fractioning;

• production of dedusted fillers of required size, including those with specified particle size distribution for increased packaging density;

• used blast and abrasive materials regeneration by excretion of used nongrade grain, rust, dusty waste, etc.;

• recoverable resources utilization, including excretion of commercial components out of cable industry wastes, electrical crow-bar, tyre casings, etc.;

• preliminary treatment of metallic and non-metallic materials.

CGC are distinguished for:

• option of in-operation size adjustment of separation products;

• no fluffing and low noise characteristics at the work site.
